Daniel Quigley

Dan was born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He started his working career in a family tile business, and later owned his own business laying tile in Greenville, SC until he became of the founding members of One by One.
Dan brings a lot of creativity and heart to the ministry, and in his first couple of years at One by One he made several ministry videos and played the role of nearly every character in the kids’ program. He also has served as the facility maintenance man and occasional bus driver. He currently serves as One by One’s Executive Director.
Diana Lozano

Diana was born in 1978 in the middle of the Sandinista Revolution. She has four brothers (including One by One Children’s Director Yeril), and she and her husband have two daughters. Diana and her family like to serve in the children’s ministry in their church. She has been working for One by One since 2013 as our administrator. Diana’s favorite part of her job is being a good steward of what God puts in our hands.

Tania Rocha Bermudez, psychologist with clinical, educational and social experience through my experiences I have been linked to children and adolescents as well as their families, I have had the opportunity to work in
Christian institutions, where I have known and experienced the love of GOD and how great is his mercy that’s why I always think that God is good at all times or circumstances as well as It was when I arrived at this place that I can see their love and kindness in each of the children’s faces.
Keylan Ramiro Zuniga Espinoza

Keylang is a hard-working and passionate young man from Managua, Nicaragua. Living with his parents, three siblings, four nephews, and is getting married this December. Keylang has endured great poverty and instability in his childhood, and yet, has cultivated resourcefulness and a strong work ethic to accompany his enterprising spirit.
Raised in the church, Keylang grew tremendously in his faith through his involvement in Young Life, learning to rest in the goodness of God and finding confidence and purpose in his role serving as the club coordinator in his neighborhood.
Mercedes Sevilla

Is an Evangelical Christian, who loves sharing the word of Christ at all times and places. She enjoys doing life with the children and being involved in their training, and finds it to be priceless. Other things that she is passionate about are the beach and numbers, that’s why she loves what she does.
